| Order cancelation | |
Orders can easily be cancelled as long as the order has not entered the shipping process by e-mailing to info@contactskiosk.com or by calling our main number.
Please note that order cancellations made through voice messages that are left on the answering machine, are not accepted.
If your order has been processed by the time of your cancellation call, we can not reverse the shipping: your order will have to be delivered to you and then you may return the undesired product for refund or exchange according to our Return/Exchange Policies.
